Bess dated November 1, 1978 requesting authorization to • pay the bill from Kazuhisa Abe which was recently forwardedto their office in conjunction with Civil No. 4274, a case that was brought against the Police Commission on June 7, 1978; recommends Council refer the communication with attached bill to the Police Department for proper disposition, pursuant to Resolution No . 352, FC Report No . 104. It is the Committee 's understanding with Mr. Kazuhisa Abe that his legal fees is for $6,000.
