Comm. 886: SALARY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT (Res. 297) OFFICE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT From Edward L. Silva, Director of Personnel Services, dated August $, 1978, submitting for adoption, a resolution to amend the Salary Ordinance to create a new position of Senior Clerk-Stenographer SR-11 which was duly authorized by the Office of the Mayor (Office of Housing and Community Development) and the Administrative Review Committee .
