Silva, Director of Personnel I ; Services, dated August $, 1978, submitting for adoption, a resolution to amend the Salary Ordinance as a result of a classification study ' ` completed by their office which was duly authorized by the Police Department and the Administrative Review Committee in accordance with Section 4-5 (c ) of the County Charter.
