L. Silva, Director of Personnel Services, dated December 2$, 1978 submitting for adoption, a resolution to amend the Salary. Ordinance as a result of classification studies completed on new positions for the Office of. Prosecuting Attorney for the Hawaii Career Criminal Prosecution Program, based on County Council 's approval of .C-956/FC-67 and adoption of Ordinance 399; recommends Council approve the addition of one new position of Deputy Prosecuting Attorney LS-17, one new position of Deputy Prosecuting Attorney LS-l2, one new position of Special Investigator SR-24 and one new position of Legal Stenographer SR-14 for the Hawaii Career Criminal Prosecution Program and the accompanying Resolution 355 be adopted to accomplish this purpose.
