Silva, Director of Personnel Services, dated October 23, 197$ submitting for adoption, a resolution to amend the Salary Ordinance as a result of a classification study completed by their office, which was duly authorized by the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney and the Administrative Review Committee in accordance with Section 4-5 (c ) of the County Charter. Funding will be from departmental budget ; recommends Council approve the reallocation of one position of Clerk-Stenographer SR-9 to Senior Clerk-Stenographer SR-11 for the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney, and the accompanying Resolution No. 334 be adopted to accomplish this purpose.
