Silva, Director of Personnel Services, dated November 9, 1978 submitting for adoption, a resolution to amend the Salary Ordinance as a result of classification studies completed by their office with reference to reallocation and retitling of positions for the Office of Ma n ower Resources rces of the County of Hawaii. Funding ofP ositions will be from CETA administrative funds (Federal) ; • recommends Council approve the reallocation of one position of Business Manager (CETA Admin. ) SR-24. to Business Manager (CETA Admin. ) SR-26, the retitling of one position of Personnel Management Specialist II SR-21 to CETA Program Specialist SR-21 and the reallocationof one position of Accountant I SR-15 to Accountant II SR-1$ for the Office of Manpower Resources, and the accompanying Resolution No. 339 be adopted to accomplish this purpose.
