From Edward L. Silva, Director of Personnel Services, dated November 30, 197$ submitting for adoption, a resolution to amend the Salary Ordinance as a result of creation of new positions (part-time) , which were duly authorized by the Department of Parks & Recre- ation and the Administrative Review Committee in accordance with Section 4-5 (c ) of the County Charter. The two positions are needed to handle home delivered meals in the Hilo and North Kona areas ; recommends Council approve the addition of two new positions of Home Delivered Meals Aid WB-2 hourly for the Nutrition Project and the accompanying Resolution No. 350 be adopted to accomplish this purpose.
