Silva, Director of Personnel Services, dated January 3, 1979 submitting for adoption, a resolution to amend the Salary Ordinance as a result of creation of a new position, which was duly authorized by the Department of Research & Development and the • Administrative Review Committee in accordance • with Section 4-5 (c ) of the County Charter.
