Your Committee on Finance to which was referred :
A Comm. 956.2: RELEASE OF STATE FUNDS FOR CONTINUATION OF
(Bill 450) CAREER CRIMINAL PROSECUTION PROGRAM
From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae
dated January29, 1979informingGovernor
Ariyoshi has authorized the release of
$27,630 in State funds for continuation of
the Career Criminal Prosecution Program
through the third quarter of FY 1978-79 and
submits a supplementary appropriation bill
for action;
recommends Council receive and file the communication; and approve
and adopt Bill 450 on first reading.
The purpose of the bill is to appropriate State funds received in
the amount of $27,630 to the Office of Prosecuting Attorney for
continuation of the Career Criminal Prosecution Program through the
third quarter of FY 1978-79, authorized in Section 83A of Act 243,
SLH 1978.
