Aee_ Comm. 106$: SALARY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
(Res. 38$) DEPARTMENT OF RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
CETA TITLE VI (FEDERALLY FUNDED)
From Director of Personnel Services Edward L. Silva
dated February 27, 1979 submitting for adoption, a
resolution to amend the Salary Ordinance as a
result of creation of a new position of Clerk-
Stenographer SR-9, which was duly authorized by
the Department of Research and Development and the
• Administrative Review Committee in accordance with
Section 475 (c) of the County Charter;
recommends Council approve the addition of one new position of
Clerk-Stenographer SR-9 (temporary position to terminate in
September 19$0) for the Department of Research and Development ; and
the accompanying Resolution No. 3$$ be adopted to accomplish this
purpose.
