CIVIL NO. . 4153 . -
From Deputy Corporation Counsel Alan M. Okamoto
dated March 5, 1979 informing they wish to submit
their recommendation for a settlement in the subject
case. Asks that the matter be placed upon the
agenda of the Finance Committee and that discussion
'be held in executive session;

recommends Council 'approve the settlement in the amount of $5,000 in
the case of Rocha vs. Helco, et al. (Civil No. 4153 )
