Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
At,- Comm. 1092: SETTLEMENT IN THE CASE OF STRELINGER V. COUNTY
OF HAWAII, CIVIL NO. 3127
From Deputy Corporation Counsel Bruce M. Ito
dated March 22, 1979 informing they wish to
submit their recommendation for a settlement in
the subject case. Asks that the matter be placed
upon the agenda of the Finance Committee and that
discussion be held in executive session;
recommends Council approve the settlement in the amount of $18,000 in
the case of Strelinger v. County of Hawaii, Civil No. 3127.
