Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
i< Comm. 1115: LEASING OF PUBLIC FACILITIES
(Res. 413) From Councilwoman Merle K. Lai dated April 12, 1979
submitting a resolution relating to a policy.recommen-
dation that the County review its public facilities
inventory and consider the possibility of leasing
those facilities with minimal use or those which in
the best interest of the public would be better
operated by interested parties;
recommends Council approve and -adopt Resolution 413 requesting the
Mayor and his Administration to review their program requirements and
earmark the public facilities which could be considered for lease and
that within six months after adoption of the resolution, they submit
their findings and recommendations to the County Council for
consideration and implementation.
