Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
Res. 409: "THE MILL"
Resolves that "The Mill", a community learning
center at Honuapo, Kau, which serves as a base
for programs ranging from traditional Hawaiian
arts and crafts to those of the modern media
and provides numerous other services to the
community, is a needed asset to the Kau community
and commends the individuals and organizations
which had the foresight to initiate the project
and to carry it on so successfully;

recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 409.
