,. Comm. 1127: AMENDMENT TO SALARY ORDINANCE
(Res. 421) OFFICE OF THE PROSECUTING ATTORNEY
(STATE FUNDED-EXEMPT. POSITIONS)
From Edward L. Silva, Director of Personnel
• Services, dated April 19, 1979 submitting for
adoption, a resolution to amend the salary
ordinance as a result of classification studies
completed on new positions for the Office of the
•
Prosecuting Attorney based on County Council's
approval of FC Report No. 67 (C-956) on
. . November 1, 1978 and adoption of Ordinance No. 399
on November 15, 1978;
•
recommends Council approve the addition of one new position of Deputy
Prosecuting Attorney LS-17, one new position of Special Investigator
SR-24 and one new position of Legal Stenographer SR-14 for the
Organized Crime-Selected Offender Unit, Office of the Prosecuting
• Attorney.
•
Further recommends the accompanying Resolution 421 be adopted to
• accomplish this purpose.
