Comm® 1142: JUSTIFICATION FOR THREE ADDITIONAL POSITIONS
(Res. 429) IN THE OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL
From Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess dated
May 3, 1979 informing since 1970, there has
been a large increase in the workload and
responsibilities of their office and thus, they
find it necessary to ask for an additional
• attorney and two legal stenographer positions ;
. . recommends Council approve the addition of one new position of
Deputy Corporation Counsel LS-10 and two new positions of Legal
Stenographer SR-14 for the Office of the Corporation Counsel, and
the accompanying Resolution 429 be adopted to accomplish this
purpose. ' -
