From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae
dated June 19, 1979 submitting for adoption,
an ordinance bill increasing the appropriation
for the subject project in order to award the
contract to the low bidder;
recommends Council approve and adopt on first reading, Bill 494
to- amend Section 2 of Ordinance No. 443 by adding the Banyan Way
Pedestrian Walkway project -under the Department of Public Works '
Road Projects and providing funds of $20,000 from G-9100 CIP.
