4_0..4_. Comm. 1200: CLAIM OF LUCIA R. SCHNEIDER
From Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess
dated - June 2$, 1979 informing after a
thorough investigation of the basis of the
subject claim, they do not believe the
County of Hawaii is liable for the alleged
damages and injuries suffered ; therefore,
recommends that the claim be denied ;
recommends Council deny the claim of Lucia R. Schneider, based on
the opinion by the Corporation Counsel that the County of. Hawaii is
not liable for the alleged damages and injuries suffered .
