From Mayor Herbert T. Matayoshi dated July 9,
1979 informing an agreement has been reached
with Unit 11, Firefighters, and transmits, • in
accordance with Section $9-10 (b) , HRS, cost
items for employees of Unit 11 which require
appropriations by the County Council; •

recommends, pursuant to Section $9-10 (b) , Hawaii Revised Statutes,
