Comm. 757: CLAIM - NANCY LLOYD
From Paul Mark Clark, Attorney at Law, dated
April 12,197$, on behalf of Mrs. Nancy Lloyd,
filing a claim in the amount of $10,000 for
. • general damages resulting from injuries
sustained on March 12, 1978 caused by a
negligently maintained culvert on Kilauea .

4giC- 757.1: From Assistant -Corporation Counsel Alan M.
Okamoto dated July 26, 1979 asking for an
executive session to present a settlement -
proposal on the subject claim for damages for
personal injury. Informs they have contacted
the Finance Department and have been informed
that funds will be available should the Council
accept the proposed settlement ;
recommends Council approve the settlement in the amount of $6, 500
for the claim of Nancy Lloyd .
