, Comm. 1225 : . DISPOSAL OF REAL PROPERTY - COTTAGES AT KOHALA
(Res. 465) HIGH & ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, AND FORMER OOKALA SCHOOL
From Director of Finance Stanley A . Nakamae dated
June 27, 1979 submitting for adoption, a resolution
to dispose of two cottages at Kohala High and
Elementary School and one at the former Ookala
School that the Department of Education has
returned to the County;

. .recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 465 authorizing the
Director of Finance to dispose of the buildings located at Kohala
High & Elementary School, TMK: 5-4-07-00$, and Ookala School,
TMK: 3-0-01-06, by public auction. The three cottages are surplus
and may be removed due to phasing out of teacher housing units.
