,Comm. 1226: DISPOSAL OF REAL PROPERTY - FORMER TEACHER'S
(Res. 466) COTTAGE AT HONOKAA HIGH & ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae
dated July 30, 1979 submitting for adoption,
a resolution disposing of real property, a
former teacher's cottage at Honokaa High and
Elementary School, by transferring it to the
State Department of Accounting and General _
Services. Informs the cottage will be used
by the Brantley Center ' in its training program
for handicapped adults;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 466 authorizing the
Director of Finance to transfer the surplus cottage at Honokaa High
& Elementary -School to the State of Hawaii, Department of Accounting
and General Services, for their plan to renovate and refurbish the
cottage to provide facilities for housing the Brantley Center's
residential training program for handicapped adults.
