Your Committee on Finance to which was referred :
Au Comm. 1227: INSTALLMENT PURCHASE OF IBM MAG CARD II
(Res. 467) SELECTRIC TYPEWRITER
• From Mayor. Herbert T. Matayoshi dated July 23,
1979 submitting for. adoption, a resolution
authorizing their office to enter into an
installment contract for the purchase of an
IBM Magnetic Card II Selectric typewriter;
recommends the Clerical Services Center be authorized to purchase
• an IBM Magnetic Card II Selectric typewriter or its equivalent on
an installment plan basis extending over 36 months and that
' •necessary funds be provided in the following three fiscal years to
. cover the obligation of the County under the installment purchase
agreement to be entered into by the Mayor for the benefit of the
Clerical Services Center.
Further recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 467, as
revised, to accomplish this purpose.
