Su,Comm. 1233 : SALARY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
(Res. 469) From Director of Personnel Services Edward L.
Silva dated July 30, 1979 submitting for
adoption, a resolution to amend the salary
ordinance for the reason that the Legal
Stenographer's position in the Office of the
Prosecuting Attorney is not an exempt position
• but covered under the provisions of Chapters 76
and 77, HRS ;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 469 to amend the
salary ordinance for the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney.
