From Milton T. Hakoda, Director of Department of Parks
and Recreation, dated July 30 , 1979, transmitting
revisions to rules relating to user fees for
approval;
recommends Council approve and adopt the revisions to Rule 6, Rules
Relating to User Fees of the Department of Parks and Recreation, in
_ accordance with the provisions of Section 13-7, Hawaii County Charter,
and -the Administrative Procedures Act.
