Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
Comm. 1263: CLAIM - HELEN E. JAMES
From Kenneth S. Enoki , Claims Investigator-Adjuster,
Office of the Corporation Counsel, dated August 14,
1979 , informing that their investigation indicates
that the claim should be denied;
•
recommends Council deny the claim of Helen E. James based on the
investigation 'conducted by the Office of the Corporation Counsel that
the County of Hawaii cannot be responsible for the unfortunate
accident that occurred on the golf course.
