Your -Committee on Finance to which was referred:

Comm. 1249: SALARY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
(Res. 475) DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS - BUREAU OF SEWERS &
SANITATION
From Edward L. Silva, Director of Personnel
Services, dated August 1, 1979 submitting for
adoption, a resolution to amend the salary
ordinance as a result of a classification study
duly authorized by the Department of Public Works
and the Administrative Review Committee in
•
accordance with Section 4-5 (c) of the County
Charter;
recommends Council approve the. reallocation of one position of
Mechanical Engineer IV SR-24 to Superintendent of Wastewater Treatment
and Disposal (Mechanical Engineer SR-26) for the Department of Public
Works, Bureau of Sewers and Sanitation, and the accompanying
Resolution 475 be adopted to accomplish, this purpose.
