August 23, 1979 informing Mr. Alan Okamoto, •
Assistant Corporation Counsel, left their office
on July 31, 1979 and he has selected Mr. Bruce Ito
to fill the position, effective August 1, 1979, at
the salary level of A-13 (e) . Further informs the
• position is budgeted at the salary level of A-13 (e) ;
• recommends Council approve the appointment of Bruce Ito as Assistant
Corporation Counsel , effective August 1, 1979, at the salary level
of A-13 (e) .
