Black dated September 12 , 19.79 informing the County
of Hawaii has. been offered a grant of $176,000 .by
the Economic Development Administration for the
construction of a supercold freezer facility; in
order to be eligible for this grant, the County must •
provide $8,800 to match. the State of Hawaii ' s contri-
bution of $35 , 300, which has already been committed;
recommends Council accept the Offer of Grant from the Economic Development
Administration to construct a supercold freezer facility in Hilo; and
authorize the Mayor to sign the necessary documents on behalf of the
County of Hawaii::
