Your Committee on Finance to which was referred :
Comm. 1307: SALARY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
(Res. 50.1) DEPARTMENT. OF PUBLIC WORKS (DIVISION OF AUTOMOTIVE
EQUIPMENT AND MOTOR POOL, BUREAU. OF SEWERS AND
SANITATION) •
DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION (ELDERLY
ACTIVITIES DIVISION)
From. Director of Personnel Services Edward L. Silva
dated September 19, 1979 submitting for adoption, a
resolution to amend the salary ordinance as a
result of classification studies duly authorized
by the Departments of Public Works and Parks and
Recreation and the Administrative Review Committee
in accordance with Section 4-5 (c) of the County
Charter;
•
recommends Council approve: (1) the reallocation of one position of
Automotive Mechanic II WF-10 to Automotive Mechanic I WB-10, Division
of Automotive Equipment and Motor Pool, Department of Public Works; •
(2) the reallocation of one position of Power Shovel Operator WB-11
to Sanitary Landfill Supervisor WF-10, Bureau of Sewers and Sanita-
tion, Department of Public Works; and (3 ) the reallocation of one
position of Clerk-Stenographer SR-9 to Senior Clerk-Stenographer
SR-11, Elderly Activities Division, Department of Parks and
Recreation.
Further recommends the accompanying Resolution. 501 be adopted to
accomplish this purpose.
