Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
. Comm. 1347: INCREASE IN SALARY FOR CAREER CRIMINAL DEPUTY
PROSECUTING ATTORNEY
From Prosecuting Attorney Jon R. Ono dated
October 19, 1979 requesting, pursuant to
Section 3 (d) of the Salary Ordinance, approval
of a raise in salary for their Career Criminal
• Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Kenneth Fukunaga
from an LS-12 (a) level ($22,60$) to an LS-12 (c)
level ($24, 6 ) , effective November 15, 1979,
in view of his excellent performance for the
past eight months;
recommends Council approve the request of Prosecuting Attorney to
raise the salary of Kenneth Fukunaga, Career. Criminal Deputy
Prosecuting Attorney, from an LS-12 (a) level ($22,60$) to an
LS-12 (c ) level ($24, 868) , effective- November 15, 1979.
