Your Committee on Finance to which was referred :
, Comm. 134$: SPECIAL COUNSEL FOR IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 11
(DISCOVERY HARBOR)
From Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess dated
October 23, 1979 requesting, in accordance with
Section 5-2.5 of the County Charter, approval to
hire Alan M. Okamoto as special counsel in
conjunction with Improvement District No. 11.
Proposes that an amount of 2
p 1 000 be set aside
$ y
for the payment of his services at the rate of
$55 .00 per hour;
recommends, pursuant to Section 5-2.5 of the County. Charter, Council
grant authorization to hire Alan M. Okamoto as special counsel for
Improvement District No. 11, and that the total compensation shall
not exceed $12,000.
