Your Committee on Finance to which was referred :
4,07- Comm. 1359: LEAA PROJECTS - SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION
(Bill 539 & AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS
Res. 516) From. Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
October 26, 1979 submitting an ordinance bill and
resolution that provide for various LEAA projects
under the Police Department, including some
corrections to previous appropriations ;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 539 on first reading to
increase revenues in the amount of $3$4, 354.32 from _the Federal and
State Governments and appropriating. to specified accounts.
Further recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 516 to transfer
$6,433 .45 from LEAA to specified accounts.
