Your Committee on Finance to which was referred :
Za_Comm. 1361: APPROPRIATION OF FEDERAL FUNDS
(Bill 540) From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
October 25, 1979 submitting an ordinance bill
appropriating receipts of Federal funds from the
Environmental Protection Agency for various
sewerage projects, and appropriating estimated
receipts from the Federal Disaster Assistance
Administration for repairs of damage from floods
of February, 1979;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 540 on first reading to
increase Federal funds receivable in the amount of $1,722, 392 from
the Environmental Protection Agency ($4$6,607) and Federal Disaster
Assistance Administration ($1,235,7$5) and appropriating to specified
accounts.
