From Bruce M. Ito, Assistant Corporation Counsel,
dated October 10, 1979 informing they wish to
submit their recommendation for a settlement in
the subject claim; asks that the matter be placed
upon the agenda of the Finance Committee and that
discussion be held in executive session;
recommends Council reject the recommendation for settlement in the
claim- of Betty Jane Springer.
