Your Committee on Finance to which was referred :
. Comm. 1364: ZONTA CLUB OF HILO - DONATION TO FIRE DEPARTMENT'S
RESCUE UNITS
From Zonta Club of Hilo dated October 30, 1979
informing the service of the rescue squad of the
Hawaii County Fire Department has been much valued
and appreciated by the community and in the
interest of each unit being fully equipped as
possible, offers to donate to the Fire Department 's
rescue units, several items worth $2, 26$.73 ;
recommends, pursuant to Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter,
acceptance of a Fernoflex chair with cot fasteners and straps and
two electronic sphygmomanometers, donated by the Zonta Club of Hilo
for use by- the Fire Department 's rescue units.
Further recommends that the County Clerk write an appropriate letter
of thanks and appreciation on behalf of the County Council to the
Zonta Club of Hilo .
