/ Comm. 1369: APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS RECEIVABLE TO WORK .
(Bill 544) INCENTIVE PROGRAM
From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae
dated November 5, 1979 submitting for action,
an ordinance bill appropriating Federal grants-
in-aid receivable to the Work Incentive Program;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 544 on first reading .
The purpose of the bill is to increase revenues from Federal Grants-
in-Aid (CETA funds per State Employment Service) in the amount of
$12,000 and appropriate to the Work Incentive Program (WIN) .
