4e Comm. 1371: APPROPRIATION FOR DRAINAGE PROJECTS AT SILVA-
(Bill 545) AND LEILANI STREETS
From Director of Finance Stanley A . Nakamae
dated November 6, 1979 submitting for favorable
action, an ordinance bill appropriating $10,000
each for two drainage projects at Silva and
Leilani Streets to supplement previous appro-
priations for the Hilo Storm Drainage program
by providing needed contingency monies;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 545 on first reading.
