Your Committee on Finance to which was referred :
$r,t, Comm. 137$: SEGREGATION OF CETA FUNDS
(Res. 527) From Director of Finance Stanley A . Nakamae
dated November 13, 1979 submitting for adoption,
a resolution to segregate CETA funds, as
required by CETA rules and regulations;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 527 to transfer
$150,352 from Titles II-D, VI, IV YCCIP, and IV YETP to CETA
Administration Personnel and Non-Personnel accounts.
Prior to September 30, 1979 CETA administrative funds were allocated
together with program funds. However, Federal CETA rules and
regulations dictate that effective October 1, 1979, an administrative
cost pool be established and funds for the administrative cost pool
be allocated and reported as a separate subpart .
