(Bill 551) From Harvey S . Tajiri, Chairman, Committee on
Finance, dated November 27, 1979 submitting an
ordinance bill amending Ordinance 482 by
(a) incorporating the provision for interim
financing and (b) incorporating the $2 ,000 ,000
South Kohala Water Development project;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 551 on second and final
reading.
