Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:

4a, Comm. 1393 : ADJUSTMENT OF SALARIES FOR BAND MEMBERS
From Mayor Herbert T. Matayoshi dated November 28,
1979 requesting approval for a 5 percent adjustment
for band members effective July 1, 1979 . Informs
the additional cost for the 39 members who have not
received adjustments since July 1, 1977, will
amount to $3,324 annually;
recommends Council approve a 5 percent adjustment of salaries for
band members , effective July 1, 1979 .
