SUBJECT: Request for Discussion with the Department of Environmental Management's
Recycling Coordinator
Pursuant to Council Rule No. 2(12)(c), I respectfully request an hour on the Environmental
Management Committee agenda for a discussion with the Recycling Coordinator in the
Department of Environmental Management. I will be requesting that he provide an overall
update of the department's various recycling programs.
Please place this item on the Environmental Management Committee agenda for its next meeting
in Kona on March 21, 2017.
