PRO -TEM KENOL I hereby appoint Council Members David, Ruggles, and Richards to the Credentials Committee and appoint Maile David as the Chair. We will recess. REPORT OF The Chair Pro -Tem directed the Council to the next order of business, Report of CREDENTIALS Credentials Committee. COMMITTEE: MS. DAVID: Yes, you will sir. I want to thank Council Members Ruggles and Richards in helping me review the credentials. Mr. Chair, your Credentials Committee, to which was charged the duty of examining the credentials of the persons who will serve on the County Council for the 2016-2018 term, reports as follows. Page 2 Hawaii County Council -1 December 5, 2016 We received and examined the certification and report from Stewart Maeda, the County Clerk, and your Committee has determined the following persons were duly elected and sworn in as members of the Hawaii County Council. From District 1 -Valerie T. Poindexter, District 2 -Aaron S. Y. Chung, District 3 - Susan L. K. Lee Loy, District 4 -Eileen O'Hara, District 5 -Jennifer Ruggles, District 6 -myself, Maile David, District 7-Dru Mamo Kanuha, District 8 - Karen Eoff, and District 9 -Herbert M. Tim Richards, III. It is signed by all three members of the Committee and the report is hereby submitted for approval. CHR. PRO -TEM KIM: Thank you very much. Is there a motion to accept the Committee report?
