- Comm. 1412: APPROPRIATION OF FEDERAL AND STATE GRANTS
(Bills 561 RECEIVABLE
& 562) From Director of Finance Stanley A . Nakamae •
dated December 13 , 1979 submitting ordinance
bills appropriating the additional $4,659 .25
and $1,615 .56 receivable by the Prosecutor's
Office from Federal and State LEAA sources;
•
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill Nos . 561 and 562 on first
reading .
Bill 561 increases Federal Grants Receivable (LEAA) and State Grants
Receivable (SLEPA) totalling $4,659 .25 and appropriates to the
Prosecuting Attorney for the Prosecutor's Investigators School
($1,002 .25) and Justice for Victims ($3,657 .00) .
Bill 562 increases State Grants Receivable in the amount of $1,615 .56
and appropriates to Public Safety, Prosecuting Attorney Career
' Criminal Program.
