From.Mayor. Herbert T. Matayoshi dated December 26,
1979 submitting for consideration and confirmation,
appointees to the Board of Ethics, Kailua Special
District and Urban Design Commission, Liquor
Commission, Planning Commission,g Police Commission,
and Water Commission;
recommends Council confirm the
following appointments, as submitted
by
the Mayor:
Board of Ethics - KENNETH CIRIAKO for a term ending December 31,
1983 ;
Kailua Special District and Urban Design Review Commission -
DAVID W. HARRINGTON for a term ending December 31, 1982 and
JOHN NOAH. for. a term ending December 31, 19$2;
Police Commission - TAKASHI ARAGAKI (Hilo District ) for a term
ending December 31, 19$4; and
Water Commission - DONALD S . SHINTAKU (Kau District ) for a term
ending December 31, .19$2, PETER .ROGERELLO (Hamakua District )
for a term ending December 31, 1984, and WILLIAM FURGUSON GREEN
(Hilo District ) for a term ending December 31, 1984.
