Your Committee on Finance to which was referred :
Comm. 1430: SALARY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
(Res. 544) DEPARTMENTS OF FINANCE AND POLICE
From Director of Personnel Services Edward L. Silva
dated December 2$, 1979 submitting for adoption, a
resolution to amend the salary ordinance as a
result of classification studies duly authorized
by the Department of Finance, Police Department
and the Administrative Review Committee in
accordance with Section 4-5 (c) of the County
Charter;
recommends Council approve the reallocation of one position of
Secretary SR-14 to Senior Account Clerk SR-12 for the Department of
Finance, Treasury Division, and the reallocation of two positions
of Clerk-Stenographer SR-9 to Senior Clerk-Stenographer SR-11 for
the Police Department ; and the accompanying Resolution 544 be adopted
to accomplish this purpose.
