/,s-, Comm. 1442.1: TRANSFER OF FUNDS - OFFICE OF SAFETY COORDINATOR
(Res. 558)- From Safety Coordinator George M. Paiva dated.
February 7, 19$0 informing a request for the
creation of a workers ' compensation claims
investigator was submitted in January, 1980.
As an interim measure, requests transfer of
$6, 000 from the Workers Compensation account to
their office to extend the investigator's contract,
which expired on January 15, 1980, to June 30, 1980,
to continue this program with minimal interruption;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 55$ to transfer $6, 000
from the Workers Compensation account to the Safety Coordinator,
Salaries and Wages account, to extend the contract of the workers '
compensation claims investigator to June 30, 1980.
