Your Committee on Finance to which was referred :
,,. Comm. 1478: APPROPRIATION FOR HAMAKUA PARK FACILITIES IMPROVEMENTS
(Bill 589) From Councilman Takashi Domingo dated February 29,
19$0 submitting an ordinance bill to appropriate
S15, 000 for Hamakua Park Facilities Improvements to
be used for minor repairs which are sorely needed
to bring the park back to full beneficial use ;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill No . 5$9 on first reading .
The purpose of the bill is to amend Section 2 of Ordinance No . 443,
relating to public improvements and financing thereof for the fiscal
year July 1, 1979 to June 30, 1980, by adding the Hamakua Park
Facilities Improvements project, 315,000, Department of Parks and
Recreation; and that funds for this project shall be provided from
the Fund Balance account in the Capital Projects (Bond) Fund .
