February 20, 1980 submitting a proposed bill to
amend Ordinance No . 520, relating to travel and
other expenses, by making it `clear that per diem
allowance for less than a full day is payable
only for travel outside the County;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 595 on first reading .
