kComm. 1513 : APPROPRIATION OF FEDERAL FUNDS RECEIVABLE FOR A
(Bill 606 ) DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NEAR THE KONA COFFEE
MILL
From Mayor Herbert T. Matayoshi dated March 27,
19$0 submitting for favorable action, an ordinance
bill appropriating Federal funds receivable from
the Soil Conservation Service for a drainage. -
: improvement project near the Kona Coffee Mill.
Informs State and County will provide matching funds ;
recommends Council approve and adopt on first reading, Bill 606 to
increase Federal Grants Receivable, Capital Projects, from the U. S .
Department of" Agriculture, Soil Conservation Service, in the amount
of 5140; 000 and appropriating to the Department of Public Works for
the Kona Coffee Mill Floodwater Diversion project .
